K Clearance is a family run business working predominantly with UK based retailers to clear warehouse clearance and overstock. We also offer a small amount of used items obtained through quality checked business demo and customer returns which means, new or used, we make savings on products so you can too.

All of our items are quality checked before listing and again when they are being packed for delivery. This process means that the products you receive are of the highest quality, new or used and inclusive of all parts unless otherwise stated and most importantly, as described.

***PLEASE NOTE***:
Packaging condition may vary. We are a whole sale clearance company and very often we are able to obtain brand new items at hugely discounted prices due to packaging conditions. As a result, we are able to offer you, our customer, great savings however it does mean that not all packaging is in perfect condition and where packaging is not complete enough to send your item safely, we will use plain packing without notification. Some packaging may be missing altogether, however, all our items, unless otherwise stated, are brand new and we will NOT accept returns based on packaging condition as this is a costly and time consuming process. If you are purchasing an item for a gift then please contact us to enquire about the condition of packaging to ensure that it is suitable for a gift.

PAYMENT

Payment is preferred via PayPal to offer our customers the security and reliability we want to offer.

We do also accept other forms of payment including payment on collection, but please use the 'contact us' tab for details of how to contact us to make arrangements if you wish to use an alternate payment process.

SHIPPING

Our main courier suppliers, are myhermes and Parcelforce and these options, where applicable, will always be the default services offered.

We can offer alternate services if you would prefer and are more than happy to take requests to upgrade a service. Simply contact us before purchasing your item so that we can quote and charge accordingly where applicable.

**DAMAGE IN TRANSIT**
If you wish to return due to damage in transit, you will have 12 DAYS from date of delivery to notify us of the claimed damage. The couriers we use, allow us 14 days to claim for this kind of issue and by notifying us within 12 days, this will allow us 2 days to claim through the courier. Any damage in transit claims made after 12 days from date of delivery will automatically be declined. Any damage claims will need to be supported in full by you, the end customer and backed up with clear images of any damage that may have been caused by the courier.

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges as we understand that buying products online can be difficult.

We will refund or exchange providing the following is met: • The product is not as described. • You return the item within 14 days of delivery date with the original invoice included in your parcel. All references to process your return or exchange are on you
